3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via our secure checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery We offer domestic and international shipping. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to location, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for customs charges, import taxes, or delays caused by local postal services.
5. Returns & Refunds All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there has been an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days with photographs of the damage and packaging. Please refer to our Returns page for full details.
6. Copyright & Intellectual Property All artwork, images, text, branding, and content on this website are the sole property of Shayle Flesser and are protected under Australian and international copyright law.
Purchasing an artwork does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, alter, or use any artwork or imagery from this site for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Buyers are welcome to share images of their purchased works on social media for personal, non-commercial use, provided that credit is given to Shayle Flesser.
