At Shayle Flesser, every artwork leaves the studio with care and intention. As all original paintings and limited edition prints are made by hand, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Final Sale Policy All purchases are final. This includes:
- Original Paintings
- Limited Edition Prints
- Commissioned Works
- Framed Artworks
Please choose carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a work — its colours, scale, texture, or materials — we are happy to help before you place your order.
Damaged Items Every care is taken to ensure your artwork arrives safely. All works are packed and shipped with care. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can resolve the issue.
Please send the following to hello@shayleflesser.com.au with the subject line DAMAGED ITEM – ORDER #[YourOrderNumber]:
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- Photographs of the packaging
- Your order number and a brief description of the issue
We will work to resolve this through a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Items If you receive the wrong item please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Colour Disclaimer Colours may vary slightly between screens. All works are photographed in natural light to reflect their true tone and texture, however minor variation is not considered a fault or reason for refund.
Commissioned Works Commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless damaged in transit. We work closely with each collector throughout the process. By proceeding with a commission you agree to accept the artist's interpretation and style.
